These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pushnova (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using the Pushnova app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You may use Pushnova only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify’s policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store, ensuring accurate configuration, and using the app responsibly.

2. Push Notification Consent

Pushnova only sends notifications to users who voluntarily consent through their browser. You may not misuse or attempt to send notifications to users without proper consent. You are responsible for following GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws regarding user communication.

3. App Functionality

We provide automated push notifications, abandoned cart recovery, broadcast campaigns, and analytics. While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as external dependencies such as browsers or Shopify may affect delivery.

4. Billing and Payments

Pushnova uses Shopify’s billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to process charges automatically. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. Cancelling the app immediately stops future charges but does not refund previous billing cycles.

5. Data Usage

We collect and process store data, campaign performance data, and browser push tokens to provide app functionality. We do not sell user data. All data usage follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not: - Attempt to misuse or manipulate the push token system - Send harmful, misleading, or prohibited content - Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or exploit vulnerabilities - Use Pushnova for fraudulent or illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

Pushnova, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may uninstall the app at any time through Shopify, which stops future billing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: - Loss of revenue or sales - Browser or platform limitations - Technical issues outside our control - Data loss caused by improper configuration on your end Pushnova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
